During the free consultation we will review your inquiry form so that I fully understand the problem and then I will come up with a solution for you.
I will create a mock-up of your custom piece and discuss specifics, including custom engravings and designs.
Before starting, I will provide you with a quote and a timeline (usually 2-4 weeks). Once we agree, I’ll begin the work. For custom projects, a 25% deposit is required before starting.
